RAF Wattisham is modelled here as it may have looked during 1980s when 74 Sqn. equipped with F-4J(UK) Phantom II's and 56 Sqn. with FGR-2 Phantom II's were in residence. The airfield is laid out based on research as it may have been circa late 1980s and the technical site and married quarters are typical of the period but not "prototypical" of RAF Wattisham.
